Bug#508386: libarts1c2a: artsshell -q terminate hangs during KDE logout

During KDE-logout initiated shutdown the
artsshell -q terminate
hangs indefinitely thereby preventing the shutdown to happen.
kill -TERM offending_pid
allows the shutdown to proceed normally.
