Bug#493572: kwin: intermittent: window decorations and title bars are absent



I was finally able to get to this computer, and I am still seeing the 
intermittent bug with the versions you mentioned:

kdebase 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-5
kdelibs 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-6
