Trying CREATE a package tar.gz with konqueror: Operation failed. Doesn't a
tar-file.

Trying create with Ark:
$ ark
File -> New (Save the file)
Action -> Add Folder (Select the Folder, click OK)
Again, we have "Doesn't a tar file"


And MORE!
ark does not show correctily UTF8 characters on error window. For example:
Saída ark writes SaÃ-da, and a lot more of characters errors.

Looks the same problem than: #475751. Please check your ark (and KDE)
installation.
