Bug#496891: kdelibs-data: wrong mime-type: application/x-chm and not application/chm

Hello,
the correct mime type for .chm files is application/x-chm
(see /usr/share/mime/packages/freedesktop.org.xml) because chm is non
standard.
kde 3.5.9 has
mimetypes/application/chm.desktop
which should be renamed and changed:
