Bug#489985: Please add OnlyShowIn=KDE; to kwalletmanager.desktop

Subject says all. I don't think it makes a lot of sense, to show the
kwallet config dialog in any DE other than KDE (it's weird if it e.g.
shows up in GNOME's settings menu).
