I have a Folder View plasmoid pointing to ~/Desktop. Whenever I click a
file to open it in an editor, the following message is shown in a
warning box:

KLauncher could not be reached via D-Bus. Error when calling
start_service_by_desktop_path:
empty

The editor opens normally, but I have to first find the warning and
click OK before I can proceed doing things. This is specially annoying
when I am in dashboard mode and the warning is hidden away.

Please, report upstream bugs to upstream if you want them fixed, specially 
since this is *beta* software. 
If you have doubts about how to report in http://bugs.kde.org ask and
we will help you.
