Package: kio-fish
Version: 1.0.1-1

Severity: normal

I am not able to transfer directories (a feature that
worked beforehand), however files can be transfered.

When I attempt to transfer a directory, I get
following error message box entitled "Information"
with containing the message: "Could not write to
/home/me/mydirectory/myfile.txt.part", where
"mydirectory" is the directory to be copied over and
"myfile.txt" is the corresponding file contained in
this directory. However, if I create a directory
called "mydirectory" at the target location, the file
"myfile.txt" will be copied into it correctly.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 3.0 (Woody/testing) on a
i686. Kernel: 2.4.18 and libc6 2.1.3-20

Cheers!
Beat

This bug does not exist anymore, I therefore close it.

I transferred a whole directory from an SSH Server to my machine and vice
versa, and everything works. I used Konqueror for the test.
