As there's no answer yet after a week, I provide some new information about the supposed bug.
Since I tested kde 4 from experimental with another computer, I suppose the behavior is due to a combination of circumstance. Furthermore, it worked before, I don't know since when it's like that but i'm encountering this problem for at least 1 month.
I installed gnome too, and file association is working in it, so the problem is in kde...
