Bug#501778: Error while saving > in text

Package: kjots
Version: 4:3.5.9-2
Severity: normal

KJots saves ">" as ">". But if I type ">" on page, it will be
saved as is. And after restarting KJots I'll have ">" on that place.
We need to store "&" as "&" to avoid this error.
So, ">" still will be ">", "&" will be "&" (and ">" will be ">"),
and all other symbols will be stored as is.
