Bug#494789: kmail: Kmail sends strange message disposition notification when applying filters that delete the message

Package: kmail
Version: 4:3.5.9-5
Severity: normal

I have several filters that move some e-mails to the trash folder
(including the built-in spam filter). The
problem is that when the filter is applied, kmail tries to send a
message dispositon notification with the following text:

Message Disposition Notification
 Date: 12.08.2008 10:56
 From: xxxxx
 To: xxxxx

The message sent on 12.08.2008 10:55 to xxxxx
    with subject "Some subject"
has been deleted unseen. This is no guarantee that the message will
not be "undeleted" and nonetheless read later on.

I could not find any way to disable this behaviour and I have never seen
before any such MDN with any e-mail client. I think this behaviour
undermines the privacy of Kmail users.

I use IMAP account, if that matters.
