If a site has a download via something like this:
<a href="mydownload.php?id=...">file</a> kget want to save the file as
mydownload.php (suggested name in file dialog). If i'm using konqueror without kget, the file would be
saved (suggested name in file dialog) with correct name from "Content-Disposition" Header.
