Bug#492011: please fix comment about -nolisten tcp

Would you mind to fix the comment in /etc/kde3/kdm/kdmrc
about ServerArgsLocal? AFAICS the default is _not_ ""
but "-nolisten tcp", even if you comment out the local
setting in this file. This is highly confusing.
