The only place in kdenetwork (kopete source package) that mentions 
libgadu-config.h  is in stuff related to the internal, not used, libgadu 
copy.

The point is that you neither have to link to a site, nor should ever turn on 
the PCI pointer of the Fast memory address to open the periferic.
