kivio 1:1.9.96.0~that.is.really.1.9.95.3-1 (experiemental) does not depend on kivio-data but releases version do. There is no corresponding version of kivio-data. kivio 1:1.9.96.0~that.is.really.1.9.95.3-1 conflicts with kivio-data:
/usr/share/pixmaps/kivio.xpm is owned by both kivio-data 1:1.6.3-5+b1 and kivio 1:1.9.96.0~that.is.really.1.9.95.3-1.
The conflict should be in the package description because the presence of a version of kivio-data prevents the installation of kivio
