Bug#467500: kontact/kadressbook/kmail: Contacts in shared Kolab contact folder not loaded



Despite the fact that on the server the shared folder was configured to 
contain contacts, I had to set the folders property in kmail manually 
to 'contacts' to get this solved.

Please close this bug.
