Bug#468191: found a workaround
If I activate the following option in kcontrol maximize a window works
for one screen (its not anymore maximized over both screens anymore):
kcontrol -> Desktop -> Windows Behavior -> Advanced -> Active Desktop
Borders -> Only when moving windows
This option was not needed before.
