How did you do this?

From the package according to the bulid log:
 Package: kwin
 Source: kdebase
 Version: 4:3.5.8.dfsg.1-5
 Architecture: i386
 Maintainer: Debian Qt/KDE Maintainers <debian-qt-kde@lists...>
 Installed-Size: 3148
 Depends: kdelibs4c2a (>= 4:3.5.8-5),....

Please explain how you accomplished it.

I cannot insert a head from Explorer and from the control panel within ICQ
9.9, how does it work?

You must log from a desktop on the command prompt over the submenu, in such
way you neither must debug the application, nor should load the IRC driver
for pinging a mouse to a clock to a case.
