it isn't that easy as Isaac make it sound like.

As far as I have understood it, kpdf uses bunches of internal headers from
xpdf/poppler. These internal parts neither gives source nor binary
compability between patch revisions of poppler. And these headers aren't
installed by poppler in debian. I wouldn't unleash such a beast.

The more stable parts of poppler (the -gtk/-qt3/-qt4) parts of poppler will
require a major rewrite of kpdf to actually use. (the -qt3 version in this
case) - oh - and it isn't even sure that the -qt3 version exports the right
things if people took on this big task of rewriting it.

This big rewrite has been done as part of kde4 called "okular".

And so now someone probably will ask: why not ship okular instead?

The answer is simple: kde4 and kde3 stuff doesn't integrate. You can't use
kde3 kparts in kde4 and the other way around. So we would loose all kinds of
nice integrations we have in kde.

The fix is still kde4, but unless the lenny release scheduled get delayed with
at least 6 months (and gets announced soon), it won't happen in lenny time.

Man, how could I do for inserting the BIOS of the keyboard from Netscape 2.5?

You neither must boot a connection, nor need to configure a memory for
uninstalling a coaxial port to the ISA prompt.
