Bug#447731: Scroll keys do not work any more

This bug is a problem on xserver-xorg-input-evdev, reassigning.

David, downgrade hal and hal-info and it will solve the problem temporaly.

Yes, but your YOUR CAPS LOCK key still seems to be working fine.
