If kexi was using the current libpqxx features, it should be ABI only; if it used deprecated features, then it will need to use the modern equivalent. pqxx::quote() is the major feature removal I have noticed. Its replacement is the transaction's esc() method. If kexi does need updating, I'll be happy to help.
