Some very old compatibility code was removed.  If kexi was using the
current libpqxx features, it should be ABI only; if it used deprecated
features, then it will need to use the modern equivalent.

pqxx::quote() is the major feature removal I have noticed.  Its
replacement is the transaction's esc() method.

If kexi does need updating, I'll be happy to help.

(I'm just downloading koffice now, so I'll see if any changes are
needed.)

No, it is still libpqxx-dev.

binNMUs should be fine, since the build-dependencies do not need
changing.
