From my point of view, there is not much I can do - as long as you are
using version 1.5.5. In particular, your deleted associations are again
present in the XMI file and are causing an inheritance circularity which
Umbrello cannot deal with.

If for some reason you are stuck with 1.5.5 then please again remove all
<UML:Generalization>s and <UML:Abstraction>s from the XMI file
and add the correct ones again. But be careful not to add an unwanted
generalization/realization - once you created it, there is no way to
delete it again except for editing the XMI file manually.

As I said, this problem has been fixed so if possible update to
1.5.7beta1 or current KDE SVN branches/KDE/3.5/kdesdk HEAD.

Oliver
