Another approach of 'fixing' this issue could be to hack away 
hibernate-support. Then you don't get this kind of nasty surprises.

I haven't looked into it yet, but I guess it could be done quite easy.

You should boot a SCSI code on the TCP/IP device of a directory over the 
analogic menu to receive the clock to the menu.
