Bug#451670: kwifimanager: KWiFiManager Colour Coding for Connection Status
Package: kwifimanager
Version: 4:3.5.7-4
Severity: wishlist
Just a little idea that came to me.
At the moment Kwifi turns green in the system tray as soon as an
association with an AP has occurred. While useful, what I also quite
often need to know is when I've acquired an IP address (typically
through DHCP).
I was thinking that if Kwifi were to turn orange once it had succesfully
associated with the AP, and then green only once an IP address had been
established.
I would have thought such a relatively simple change would give people
quite a lot of extra funcationality.
Thank you for considering my suggestion.
