Bug#406984: kmail: fills up .xsession-errors with errors
I've seen this bug too. I've left kmail unattended for a while on a couple of
occasions, and .xsession-errors grew to about 4GB, which filled the
partition to 100%.
When I run kmail from an xterm I can see the error-messages scrolling up the
screen, many per second. Even after I close kmail, the kio_imap4 processes
hang around; just now I had three of them, bringing the system load-average
to about 6.
