Second window do KDE start a process by a long time in KDE Bar and mouse icon as busy.

I report this bug to OpenOffice.Org package, but I found the same 
problem in all "non-kde" packages (e.g. Icedove, Icewasel, etc).

When I open a second window (e.g. another document in OOo, or other 
window of iceweasel/icedove, etc), KDE start a new process in KDE Bar 
and mouse icon is showed as "busy" by a long time (30 seconds).
