Marking any enabled task "silent" causes an error when trying to save
the crontab.
~/.xsession-errors reads:
"/tmp/kde-swift/kcronc1mQMa.tmp":3: bad minute
errors in crontab file, can't install.
When you "disable" a non-silent job, kcron simply comments it out with
a '#\' in the crontab. When you disable a silent job, the job line
begins "#\-" so I think kcron thinks using a negative minute means be
"silent" (like make?), but that doesn't work with Debian.
