Web Browser using QT in Debian for ARM

Hi,
My name is Srinivas Rao and I am new to Debian and QT.
Can we create a Web Browser using QT which will work on Embedded QT
application running on Debian?
I tried searching for some classes. All i found was some classes which
allow such things but it will work only under QT/WIndows and not QT/X11
and QT/Embedded.
Also, the project is having a touch screen, so if i use a ready made web
browser like dillo, the touch screen wont work for it. Is it correct?
