Title: kooka: thumbnails do not update on image change

This bug is against the current testing (Etch) version of Kooka.

When an image is manipulated within Kooka (rotation specifically), the
internal thumbnail view does not update its thumbnail with the real file
contents, only the original scanned-image thumbnail is shown.

Even ignoring file modification caused by other programs, Kooka should
update its thumbnails when the program itself modifies an image.
