Sorry for the delay! After the upgrade(s), I have worked on this some
more. A how-to appeared at gnupg.org that gave me enough information to
create a MEPIS/Debian specific how-to.
It's a significant pain-in-the-rear for a user (non-geek). A GUI patch
that did the command line work should be written, but is WAY out of my
league (user, not geek).
