Package: kmail
Version: 4:3.2.2-2
Severity: normal
Both SMTP-AUTH and IMAP login fail when the password contains non-ASCII
characters. Verified here with german umlauts and ssharp.
I watched the SMTP PLAIN authentication, any non-ASCII is messed up in
the login string.
Regards,
Nikolaus
