Severity: wishlist

I'm trying to import a bunch of mboxen downloaded perviously into kmail.
On one mbox, I "accidentally" deleted a message after importing it into
kmail, instead of moving it to the mail folder I wanted to move it to.
Trying to re-import that same mbox just results in errors of "I seen
that message already, why are you importing it?". Sure, I can edit the
source mbox and edit the message-id to fool things, but it would be
easier to just force kmail to re-import a message already "imported".
