Bug#412596: /usr/bin/pprof2calltree: kcachegrind-converters: lost depencences

It seems that the package kcachegrind-converters has lost dependence:
it depends from 'php4-cli' package, may be it could have an alt. dependence
like 'php4-cli|php5-cli'.

The same for 4:3.5.5-* version (Etch/Sid).

As far as I know kcachegrind has no bug against php/php4/php5.
