Package: korganizer
Version: 4:3.2.2-2
Severity: normal

Alarms set by Korganizer don't seem to be properly displayed on my
system. I have tried checking the "reminder" box alone, checking
reminder and setting a sound, and checking reminder and choosing an
application. Nothing seems to generate an alarm.

I should qualify that by saying that several times I have heard the hard
drive chatter at the supposed alarm time, but I don't know if that's
coincidence or not, and no sound or notification appeared.

I did set a couple alarms with kalarm to make sure the the alarm deamon
was working correctly, and those alarms were displayed.

Also, a secondary note: the button with the musical note on it sends me
to the /usr/share/apps/ directory by default, and the button with the
gear on it send me to the /usr/share/sounds/ directory. This seems
backward.

Anyway, thanks for all the work you put into Debian, and I hope this bug
report is helpful.

Wow, I haven't even tried to use alarm notifications since I posted that bug
report.  They seem to work fine in Etch.  Thanks for checking back.
