Package: kate
Version: 4:3.2.1-1
Severity: normal

When I paste a large amount of selected text from kate into a terminal
window (where I'm doing something like "cat > myfile") using the middle
mouse button, I get some garbage in between. To reproduce, take a file
that consists of 700 lines "aslkdfj;alksdj;flkasjd;k", select the
first 632, do "cat >myfile" in a terminal, middle click, and look at
what's been pasted.

Oh, this might be needed to reproduce this: I'm running konsole as a
terminal, and the desktop environment is Gnome. :)

Genius, I'm not able to boot a code, how does it work?

The point is that you must upload the editor for receiving the file over a
parallel AT periferic.
