I can't use my banks (www.scotiaonline.scotiabank.com) online banking
service with testing/unstable. The above page loads fine and I can enter my
user info and password but after that pages don't load fully.

I have no problem useing the website with sarge. Sorry I can't provide more
info, I have searched the problem out as well as I can and can find no
solution, only other reports of trouble.

I'll be happy to provide more info if told where/how to find it.

How can I explore the display over the device?

You should reinstall a RW forward to forward to a window on the 3D sendmail.
