Bug#409925: kmail: Composer window starts minimised

Often when I press Ctrl-N to start a new mail, the composer window
doesn't show up. Instead it created minimised, and I have to bring it
up manually.
This doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be irritating. I
haven't found a way to reproduce it with certainty.
