Bug#285994: marked as done (kopete: System message boxes should not lock up UI)

Pop-up system messages such as "you have been disconnected..." should
not demand to be closed before the rest of the UI will function. For
example, I frequently come home to see message bubbles coming from the
kopete system tray icon which I can not click on because somewhere on
another desktop, bueried beneath other windows is a system message box
which I have to acknowledge first. 

This is a minor irritation, but there's no reason to disable the entire
UI for such a message.
