Bug#402291: libqt4-gui: Also happens for tool tips

I get the same problem when hovering on a toolbar icon in qt-assistant
and waiting for the tooltip. When it pops up, I get:
$ assistant
X Error: BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation) 2

This also happens for pop ups I programmed myself in a pyqt4
application, e.g. Removing ~/.qt doesn't help.
