Bug#366176: marked as done (Krita cannot be started just after fresh install)

When a KDE package install new .desktop files (or other kind of files), the 
kbuildsycoca (kde cache) must be rebuilt.

This is done automagically on KDE startup and also when kded detects that the 
files have been changed. I've tested it here and it worked correctly, may be 
there's something wrong with your fam/gamin/whatever installation.
