Bug#378219: ark: should list the content of archives without open them on disk

When I open an archive I would like to see its content. But ark show the
list of files in the archive only after decompressing them on the local
disk.
On command line I can show the list of a tar gzipped archive with the simple
command 'tar tvf archive.tgz'. Why ark can't do the same?
