For example the QtSql lib: When building with 'g++ -lQtSql_debug' the following error is shown: /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lQtSql_debug The reason is the missing 'libQtSql_debug.so' symlink. I'm using Debian unstable with the 2.6.16-2-686 kernel.
