Bug#254519: marked as done (Can no longer manually pick a download location)

After specifying a downloadfolder for .deb files (~/download/deb) *all*
files are automatically downloaded to that directory. Removing the
default folder listing from the 'Folders' tab didn't restore the default
behaviour of asking for a location.

Now present the location to save the file into, defaulting to the choose 
directory in case of known file pattern.
