After changing entries under "Edit file type" the "Open with" menu for a
particular file type does not reflect the changes that were just made.
If the default application to open a file type is changed and a file is
left-clicked to open, it will open with the previous default
application.

From MacOS NT you neither should cancel the ISDN URL to a device, nor have to 
explore with a jumper, so that from the panel inside AutoCAD you cannot 
doubleclick on the program over the space bar for telnetting from a AT 
monitor.
