All problems above can be reproduced by moving /etc/kde3/ui/ui_standards.rc away, eg. # mv /etc/kde3/ui/ui_standards.rc /etc/kde3/ui/ui_standards.rc~ and (re)starting kleopatra, akregator, konqueror respectively. Since /etc/kde3/ui/ui_standards.rc belongs to kdelibs-data, I'm reassigning the bugs to that package. Florimond, please tell us which version of kdelibs-data you have installed by executing: $ dpkg -l kdelibs-data And please check if /etc/kde3/ui/ui_standards.rc exists on your system and if it does, attach it to your reply.
