Or kdesdk-scripts renames or removes the script.  I think that would be
the better solution, even if it was first in kdesdk-scripts:

- Many people use subversion that wouldn't need kde-specific stuff

- it looks much more natural to have this tool in subversion-tools.

The ideal solution, of course, would be to contact both upstreams and
convince them to join efforts...
