Bug#396656: kmail: The dialog window which has focus is covered by other dialog windows
Package: kmail
Version: 4:3.5.5-1
Severity: normal
Note: This bug was originally reported in Chinese to Chinese user list.
I am now translating and forwarding it to BTS. The reportbug
information is from the user and not me, so should be relevant. The
original report can be seen in

Bug description:
The user uses multiple POP3 server in kmail. When the network is not
accessible, kmail will pop up a dialog window saying it can't reach the
server. However, for multiple POP3 servers, there are is dialog window
for each server, all the windows overlap, and only the _bottom_ one has
focus.
The consequece is that the user can't click on anything in the window(s)
he can see, and has to drag away all the other dialog windows to find
the bottom one which has focus, and close them in (the most
inconvenient) order.
(Sometimes there is also the problem of can't input anything in the text
area, the user suspect it's related to this issue, i.e., there is a
dialog window with focus hidden under the currect window.)
The expected behavior should be either (1) The window with focus be put
on top, or (2) Don't constrict the focus on only one dialog window, and
make all dialog windows clickable.
