Bug#373919: kdelibs 3.5.5 doesn't fix it for me

Are you sure the new libs package includes the fix?

If it does, the fix just doesn't work, the new package didn't change 
anything for me. After a re-login didn't help I even rebootet my laptop, 
alas, to now avail.

I also verified that the external taskbar is still set to auto size and 1% 
target size indeed.
