Bug#386219: there must be way to open web pages that send invalid MIME info

Some brain-dead web serwer send their sites with incorrect MIME
information, and konqueror offers to download the page or open it in
Kate (instead displaying it)

While this is a fine approach to broken sites, I think it would be best
if Konqueror would also introduce "View that broken document as a page"
key.

It will allow to use the page if it is mendatory (for example Symlink
router www admin page is broken in such way), yet it will still inform
the user about the fact that page is broken.  Perhaps a small link to
help document describing the problem and/or suggestion to contact page
admin/webmaster.
