Bug#378958: kdebase-kio-plugins: webdav support is missing

Sorry, I didn't test it through SSL, webdavs is working perfectly.
I'm testing the service from www.box.net/dav, but I need to
investigate if they don't support access without SSL or is a problem
with the plugin.
