Bug#373720: kdeprint can't connect to a freshly installed and running CUPS 1.2 server

Hello Pierre,

no, I am not. And when I think about it a bit more, I tend to agree that 
it may be one of those CUPS 1.2 breakages, since here actually it worked 
before, too.

Two updates happened: kdeprint 3.5.3-1 and CUPS 1.2. I guess there are way 
more changes in CUPS 1.1 to 1.2 than in kdeprint 3.5.2 to 3.5.3.

So it might be wise to assign it to cupsys. Should I do it? (Need to look 
up the mailserver reference since I do not know how this is done tough.)
